Important Notice
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 2-3 days only from the date of delivery. We strictly adhere to this timeline to ensure the quality of our premium fabrics.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help. Please ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Eligibility
- Return must be initiated within 2-3 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Custom stitched items or sale items are non-returnable.
Process
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your package back. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
